NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Tuesday, October 2nd, 2012, 7.30 p.m.

At Don Mills Tennis Clubhouse

The Annual General Meeting of Don Mills Tennis Club will be held Tuesday, October 2nd, 2012, at 7.30 at the Clubhouse. The purpose of this meeting is to review the 2012 summer season as it comes to a close and to receive a summary report presented by all Board Directors. 

It is also an opportunity to elect new Board members for positions that are currently vacant and to transact other business as may properly be presented at the close of reports and elections.

Also documents: AGM Minutes 2011 and the AGM Agenda 2012 will be available at later date at our website for your review..

All 2012 members are entitled to attend the annual meeting.  Each adult member is entitled to one vote.

Proxy form will be available if you can not attend the AGM 2012 (please see Forms and Documents section on the web to download the Proxy form)

Note:  The court lights will not be turned on during the AGM.
